Launch TBUSD V2 - Regulated Infrastructure Migration

December 2025

We're upgrading TBUSD to regulated stablecoin infrastructure.

TBUSD V2 is being deployed through Brale, a FinCEN-registered Money Services Business with state licenses. This migration brings:

  • Compliance: Proper regulatory framework via licensed infrastructure
  • Multi-chain: Native TBUSD on Base, Solana, Stellar, and more
  • Fiat rails: USD on/off ramps (ACH, wire) through regulated channels
  • Gasless transfers: Send TBUSD without ETH (coming soon)
  • Developer API: Programmatic access for businesses

Status: Contract deployment in progress. Watch this page for updates.

Update V1 Deprecation Complete

December 12, 2025

TBUSD V1 has been fully deprecated in preparation for V2:

  • All V1 TBUSD tokens burned (12,498.98 TBUSD)
  • USDC reserves returned to treasury
  • V1 contract: 0xA2a61C3E298EB7Ef510757B4eD388C793E1A5b4c - DO NOT USE
